Readymade Gowns
A personalised fitting is required before ordering a readymade gown. The $50 non-refundable fee  required when booking your first Bridal appointment is redeemable on any purchase made on the day of your appointment. Additional appointments required for fittings are free of charge.
Changing or cancelling your appointment requires 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled without notice or no-shows will not be refunded.
Alterations will incur additional charges. A quote will be given at first fitting.


Carolyn’s Bridal Studio Layby Terms & Conditions:
1. Layby period commences from date of purchase.
2. Layby payment to be made monthly.
3. Layby maximum for 4 months unless arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
4. No exchanges or refunds on deposits.
5. Please note that if we do not receive the balance payable within the 6 month period your product may be reallocated.
6. Ready-made gowns are not made to measure.
7. Alterations incur an additional charge. A quote will be given at first fitting.
8. Laybys must be fully paid before the commencement of alterations.

Custom design
By appointment only. A quote will be given after the initial appointment.

 

All Gowns and Alterations
• All gowns are to be fully paid before leaving boutique. Once the gown leaves boutique Carolyn’s Bridal Studio will not be responsible for any damage or defects. Gowns purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Samples that are sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
